Compliance, documentation, and batch verification

All reagents, standards, and accessories supplied by Precision Elite Peptides are research-grade materials furnished exclusively for in-vitro analytical use within a controlled laboratory environment by qualified personnel. The purchaser certifies at registration and at each checkout that they represent a qualified research institution, licensed laboratory, or verified commercial research entity.

Human application, animal application, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical use, compounding, repackaging for consumer distribution, and resale for any non-research purpose are strictly prohibited. No supplied material is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and no diagnostic, preventive, or therapeutic claim is made or implied by Precision Elite Peptides or any of its documentation.

Breach of this agreement terminates the procurement account immediately, voids all outstanding requisitions, and transfers full legal and regulatory liability for the non-compliant use to the purchasing party and the individual placing the order.

Orders are accepted subject to institutional verification, inventory availability, and jurisdictional export controls. Pricing is quoted in United States dollars and is exclusive of duties, taxes, and freight unless stated otherwise on an institutional quotation.

The purchaser indemnifies and holds harmless Precision Elite Peptides, its officers, analysts, and fulfilment partners against all claims, damages, penalties, regulatory actions, and costs arising from any use of supplied material outside the Research-Use-Only Agreement, from failure to observe documented handling protocols, or from onward transfer of material to a party that has not accepted these terms.

Liability for any claim relating to a supplied lot is limited to replacement of the lot or refund of its purchase price. Precision Elite Peptides accepts no liability for consequential, indirect, or research-outcome losses.

Verified institutional orders dispatch within two business days of release. Lyophilized reagents ship in insulated containment; cold-chain standards ship on gel packs or dry ice with transit temperature monitoring. All consignments travel under documented chain of custody to the verified institutional receiving address on file.

Domestic transit is typically one to three business days. International consignments carry customs documentation identifying contents as research reagents not for human or animal use, and clear at the consignee's expense. The receiving laboratory is responsible for import permits, licensing, and any jurisdiction-specific controlled-substance declarations.

Shipments are not released to residential addresses, freight forwarders, or unverified third parties. Receipt must be acknowledged by named laboratory personnel; unattended delivery is not offered for temperature-sensitive material.

Due to the analytical integrity requirements of research reagents, opened, reconstituted, or temperature-compromised material cannot be returned. Sealed material may be returned within fourteen days of receipt only where the shipment does not match the released specification or was damaged in transit.

Report discrepancies to the compliance desk with the lot number, photographic documentation, and the transit monitoring record where applicable. Verified discrepancies are resolved by replacement from the same synthesis campaign where inventory permits, or by full credit.

Analytical results that differ from the Certificate of Analysis are investigated against the retained reference sample held for thirty-six months from the release date; the outcome of that investigation is issued in writing to the receiving laboratory.

Precision Elite Peptides collects only the information required to verify institutional eligibility, fulfil requisitions, and maintain regulatory records: institutional contact details, named procurement personnel, shipping addresses, and order documentation. Payment credentials are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

Verification and order records are retained for the period required by applicable commercial and regulatory record-keeping obligations. Records are disclosed only to fulfilment partners executing a shipment, or to a regulatory authority acting under lawful instrument.
